We, as Mirsis Information Technologies  Joint Stock Company (“Mirsis”), value the protection of your personal data, so we expect you to show the same sensitivity. For this reason, it is very important for us that you read this text, which details which personal data we use and for what purpose, and that you clearly understand the obligations of Mirsis , which is responsible for their administrative and technical security as the " Data controller" .

 

Why am I reading this text?

 

Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (" KVKK "), which came into force on April 7, 2016, requires that the persons whose personal data are processed (used) ( referred to as the relevant person in the KVKK ) are informed by the " Data Controller " who uses these data. . As the Data Controller , we have to prove that you, our prospective employees, have been informed about the personal data we will process.

 

What is your personal data used and in what ways is it obtained?

 

As Mirsis  , your personal data; We obtain it through digital means ( expressed as the "automatic" method in KVKK ) through our job application form . What your personal data is and the legal reason for obtaining it are explained below:

Health Data

If you have express consent, your health information ( disease information, surgery information, medications used, physical disability information )

Your data, which will be obtained by sharing the information containing the relevant warnings in the job application form, is obtained for legal reasons as it is mandatory to fulfill our legal obligation .

Criminal Conviction and Security Measures Data

If you have express consent, your criminal record information and related statements

Your data, which will be obtained by sharing the information containing the relevant warnings in the job application form, is obtained for legal reasons as it is mandatory to fulfill our legal obligation .

 

Important Note: * Unless you are specifically requested and your explicit consent is obtained, you are kindly requested not to share your personal and/or sensitive personal data that require explicit consent within the scope of your CV and interview processes.

 

If you share your personal and/or special personal data that requires your explicit consent within the content of your CV and interview processes, it will be assumed that you accept that your relevant data is processed for the purpose of objective evaluation of the employment processes.

If you give your explicit consent by filling in the relevant fields in the form presented to you with the Mirsis  Job Application Process Information Text " ;

Is my personal data transferred to others?

 

Yes, we may have to transfer your personal data to our business partners, official institutions, auditors, lawyers and financial advisors. However, we only make the transfer for certain purposes and with your knowledge. Therefore, your personal data;

What rights does KVKK give me?

 

In order to provide you with control over your personal data, KVKK provides you with the right to: (a) learn whether your personal data is being processed or not; (b) to request information if processed, (c) to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used for its intended purpose; (d) knowing the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, if any, at home or abroad; (e) request correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly; (f) provides many rights, including but not limited to requesting the deletion or destruction of your personal data. You can find all of these rights and their details in Article 11 of the KVKK .

 

How can I exercise my rights?

 

If you wish to exercise your stated rights, you can submit your requests to us in writing (for example, via a warning or registered letter) or by using a registered e-mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or your e-mail address that you have previously notified us and is registered in our system .
